By using Dazzling Carpet Cleaners CC, hereafter referred to as “The Company”, the client agrees to and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
The Company agrees to perform the work specified by the client in a professional manner using every effort to accomplish a satisfactory service. By ordering The Company’s services via telephone, SMS, Whatsapp, email, or website, the client is agreeing to be bound by The Company’s terms and conditions.
The Company will attempt to improve the appearance of your carpet/upholstery/rug/mattress or other surface/item that has been stained with foreign substances. You understand that there exist variations in all fabric and dye compositions, and that there are instances where stains may not be able to be removed with regular cleaning. The Company will not be held responsible for failing to remove old/permanent stains, or pre-existing conditions that cannot be removed using regular carpet cleaning methods. The Company is not responsible for invisible pre-existing damage, like open loose seams, invisible cuts, delaminated or warn carpet/furniture/mattresses or other surface/item, or any chemical reaction to invisible substances, which may discolour or bleach, etc.. You also understand that it is impossible to test for or pre-determine the result of cleaning or stain removal treatment. With full knowledge of the above, you authorise The Company to treat your carpet/upholstery/rugs/other surface/item in an attempt to remove the soiling and stains. You understand there are variables beyond the control of The Company, and understand that The Company will not be held liable for damage caused to the carpet/upholstery/rugs/other surface/item as a result of any cleaning or stain removal treatment. Although every effort is taken when cleaning, The Company will not be held liable for damage to property. By placing the order, you authorise The Company’s technicians to proceed with the prescribed treatment.
If your carpeting, upholstery, mattress or other surface/item is currently damaged due to urine deposits and/or feces and/or vomit, you understand that these deposits can be activated by cleaning, releasing odor and staining material. There is no guarantee implied or expressed that all urine/fecal/vomit odor and or stains will be removed, and you agree to hold The Company harmless for any damage caused to your carpets, rugs, upholstery, mattress, as a result of any cleaning or stain cleaned. You understand there is no way of determining when such results will occur and that the fabric may be previously deteriorated due to such factors as fading, shrinkage, dry-rotting, watermarking, stain removal procedure and may produce adverse results in the surface material when cleaned.
Backing, lining and other materials and processes used in the manufacture of upholstered items can cause browning, or lose tensile strength when cleaned. Natural fibers may shrink or discolor when cleaned. The onus is on the customer to mention any concerns he or she may have regarding the cleaning of their upholstery. White cotton, linen, pure wool and other natural fibers used to cover upholstery require dry cleaning. The Company will not be held responsible for any discoloration or other damage caused to fabric due to insufficient information from the customer placing the order. You agree not to hold The Company responsible for any conditions, either pre-existing or arising from cleaning.
Any odor including but not limited to damp, mold, or urine odor has to be disclosed when placing the order. Older carpet or heavily worn carpet may have damage to the dye structure in the carpet fiber contributing to shades in the carpeting that the homeowner may misinterpret as dirt. The Company will not be able to remove or improve shading caused by damaged carpet dye structure or crushed pile.
The Company shall provide all cleaning supplies and carpet cleaning equipment required to carry out the service. The Client must provide access into the premises, as well as hot running water and electricity at the premises, where the service will take place. Failure to provide any of these on time is subject to a fee of R250.00.
In the event of a cancellation, the client must give 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of R250 applies if you fail to notify us. The Company reserves the right to retain any deposit as a cancellation fee/part of a cancellation fee. If the client needs to change the appointment or time, The Company will do its best to accommodate him. Any changes to booked services are subject to a 24 prior notice and availability.
Our cleaning technicians are happy to help you with lightweight furniture. Please remove and store away all highly breakable and fragile items. Certain items are excluded from liability. These include antiques, artwork, and items of sentimental value, jewellery, and cash.
The Company has built its business and reputation by

client is not satisfied with The Company’s service for any reason, the

Our guarantee is subject to a complaints notice no later than 24 hours after the completion of the service
Guarantee excludes urine spots/stains or permanent stains, oil or oil stains, walking on wet carpets, use of wet furniture after cleaning. Due to the characteristics, age, and severity of some stains in carpet/ upholstery/mattress/rug fibers, these stains may be permanent. This includes but is not limited to burn marks, urine stains, fecal stains, dyes, any food/drink related stains, oil stains, mold stains, cosmetics including nail polish, eye liner, make up, etc., paints, furniture stain, permanent markers, ink and chemicals with bleach or bleaching compounds to include acne ointments, toilet bowl cleaners and others products which may alter or discolor fibers. The Company will not accept any liability for alteration or damage to fibers that may result from attempting stain and spot removal or urine eradication.
The Company reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirements change.
Payment terms are strictly EFT in advance, or COD on completion of service.
